Absolutely hated it. Took my car for general service since I was planning for a long drive. At 9:00 o clock in morning, there are 20 odd cars waiting for service engineer's attention. I had to wait for 1 hour to bring the respective person. Literally I had to follow up to get their attention:( He says there's no water wash, as their motor is under repair. The car was dirty from outside and inside..it came back in same exact condition!! The guy asked me about the issues and I mentioned him to do general service, like check the oil condition, wheel alignment and balance. And also few issues with seat belt reminder. He bluntly said they don't have time for electronics check up, only he can do wheel alignment and balance. And that's all they did. The respective service engineer was not available at 6:10pm in the evening so details of work couldn't be explained.nnThe whole process I felt that they are just taking advantage of customer loyalty. The work that was done could have been easily done by specialist in town area, not at all worth going to this remote place. Don't know how people line up for getting their cars serviced at this arrogant place.nnI feel there have to be more authorised service centers in Berhampur.

Pathetic servicenSent my car for dent and other minor repairs. They could only repair the dent in 20 days and didn't care about other works. Also the interior of the car was spoiled by grease marks all around. No response after complaint.
