They'll be very proactive till you book the car. After that, everytime you ask, the response will be cold and same. In the end they'll just keep on delaying delivery. And if you cancel the booking, you'll have to wait a fortune and hell lot of follow ups for the refund. I had booked Nexon as I liked that product very much. Promised delivery was 7-9 weeks and after 8 weeks they sent an email that the delivery will be delayed and they can't tell any date about it. I cancelled the booking as I was getting another brand car in 7 days. I cancelled booking on Feb 16, refund didn't come till March 6. Had to do multiple follow ups. Their GM doesn't even reply if you cancel the booking. So if you have a lot of patience to handle their cold behaviour, then you can buy car from here as the cars are great
Best show room. Very cooperative staffs clearing all doubts regarding cars. Fine stock of cars maintained. Kuresh Behera one of helping the visiting people .
It feels like the whole team is selling the car for the first time. Everything from applying loan to registering had hiccups.nnNo accessories available (they might put a different accessory like different seat cover than you choose) or they will say free accessories are not available till you fight.nnTerrible after sales service, if you book a high demand car like Altroz or Nexon. Till the time they are doing the sales, they will be very polite & helpful. Once the payment is complete, they don't care anymore. Beware of first time car purchasers, they don't tell/give few things available for free like petrol till your home/residence address.nnAll in all I recommend you go for a different car brand, if not very enthusiastic about Tata. At least avoid purchasing in Berhampur.
