Staff is too rude over there. If any senior citizen dont knw the procedure or having problem in reading English then its responsibility of the staff to help them . But unfortunately staff denied to help and behaved so rudely they don’t even respect the senior citizen. Its very shameful for the staff. If you are educated then you should help others instead of showing attitude. You are paid for helping people not for your arrogant nature.

Poor Service I would say. Lady in the office was very very rude. She doesn’t know how to treat others. Staff in the office is very ignorant about their services. They don’t know the work procedures. If you have any question you need to make appointments all the time because they don’t answer on the phone, it’s a huge inconvenience for those who lived in other small towns around Amritsar.nEven if you want to know the status they won’t tell you on the phone. This is so weird, If you wanna talk to a concerned person they won’t transfer the CALL.nPlease HIRE Qualified people in this department. People don’t deserve this kind of behaviour from the Govt employed .nnPLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.nnFrom VERY UPSET CLIENT.

Veru bad experience today still waiting for my salutations 10 am to 4 pm now still waiting for my turn very slow working they govt officers very poor service i m very harassment this RPO office and all public also harassment. RPO office employees not work properly very slowly work i m so dispointed today.
