Worst customer service, they won't respond to calls or messages at all.nBetter to opt any other network providers.
For the first 2 weeks internet will come-good without any lost then later for every 3 to 4 days connections loss and network problem will come,there is no online ticket raising system,should call a technician and wait for him to come and resolve the issue.
Very bad internet..nVery bad response from agent also..nVery worst.. broadband..nDon't try it
Zero Responsive No Support Not good Service
Very worrest behaviour with new customers.. I am waiting for new connection from past 2 days.. But no response from that person.. Even not pick calls... Please respect customers first.. Before giving connection you are behaving like this.. If any issue will come after giving connection how people will believe you..
