This is the most corrupt place you will ever see. Never had such a bad experience of customer care as i faced here. They will keep your part and keep on stalling you till months. They will not answer your calls and will cancel.your complain without giving you the part in warranty. Be aware of this. And more pathetic are people sitting in agra. They will say clearly on ur face that we will not give you warranty. Its better to have a private mechanic then them.
I have purchased the ac from digi world center point Aligarh the quality as well as the services of Hitachi ac is so bad,not functioning properly though I have purchased it o 13 th of June 2020even the technicians are so irresponsible though after the complaint they are so lethargic that that they ignored the complaint

Service man Charged more money than the real price of motor.nI ask hitachi centre to take actions for that asap.nReal price is of 5000 rs but they charged for 9000 rs.nWe want refund of 4000 rs and hitachi to take actions against workers.
