You must have all your documents. Like adhar card and high school mark sheet with you. And without filling form there is no chance to enter in the room. So 1st fill online form and the next day your appointment should be there.

Rubbish service....the girls sitting at the reception show such attitude when asked something.......the officer at the last counter was nice and calmly answers but that is of no use as till then people have already gone through the difficulities which could be solved easily with good commumnicstion

Very supportive staff and the whole process was quicker than expected. Generally, government staff is defamed for being unsupportive but I was surprised to see such good control of things. Covid precautions are also taken care of.

Overall arrangement is systematic. TCS employees on document desk force you to buy Rs 500 passport cover which is of no use. Say a blunt no to them when they ask you for it. There is nothing in their hand, they are merely working for the govt for IT support.
