I read other reviews which were not positive but here my experience was totally different. I visited this place twice in 2015 and I was done in few hours. The staff was well trained and helpful. However can't comment on current status.

worst office in whole town, extremely slow services, beware of the extremely rude staff. Please government of uttarakhand change the staff they humiliating women and delaying the work . I am so so disgusted visiting this place
They never answer the phone. The service and communication was very weak necessitating a lot of extra work. Having children and having made an appointment it was very challenging to wait for hours on multiple occasions. The place was packed and very hot. There were some friendly and hard working staff but over all a very difficult experience which still is not over after many months.
Very bad service is very slow call to receive hi nhi kartey 😠😠
