Paramount's Cake Shop.

The Paramount Store in Benachity, Durgapur should be closed with immediate effect. I have been in the receiving end couple of times and have faced similar issues repeatedly and listed below.n-- Cold and arrogant behaviour from the staff membersn-- Stale and non fresh food items are being served regularly unless it is pre ordered itemsn-- Because of the stale food items (Cake, Snacks), there are very high changes of having stomach upsetn-- If you ask for a Tissue or an extra Ketchup pouch, they will look at you as if those are 1,000 dollar stuffsn-- Zero importance given to customersnnThink several times before visiting the Store or ordering anything.

Please do not buy from paramount. I bought a orange flavour cake on 11.12.2020 for rs 280/-. The cake supplied was not fresh seems to be 2 to 3 days old cake which i came to know after cutting it. It was smelling very bad. Pls avoid .

My experience is very good. Fresh items are available.
