I had a very bad experience today from ford service station..I called for service yesterday and was told to come at eight o'clock tomorrow morning. I got there at eight o'clock today morning but no staff was present here before 9:30..and gave the reason of shortage of workers due to corona .nSo my simple question is that the technical staff was not available than why called for 8:00 am.Why neither the supervisor nor any other management staff was present.Despite asking all this, no systematic answer was received.

Superb after sales response... Time to time delivery... And staff is so decent ... specially Sales executive Mr. Santosh Solanki...he supported in his best way..such a helpful person ...and mark my words... Ford is still a benchmark in matter of driving dynamics and built quality... Specially EcoSport... If you want to enjoy ur ride with class and safety... Go for Ford... They are the most underrated car brand in India...

Best car ford.nI owned FODR FREESTYLE.nAND IT'S GIVE GOOD PERFORMANCE..nnBut there are some issues with car ABS NOISE PROBLEMS IRITET ME AND FORD MAINTENANCE TEAM CAN'T RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM...
