Treebo Trend Gleaming Resort

I recommend not to book this place. There are various reasons. Firstly, there is no such place, the actual name is different, Phoenix. Till the last moment they did not tell us actual name. We have to roam around for 2 hours to locate this place. Secondly, we have booked 7 rooms, but to our surprise, when we reached this place, the manager told us that he can provide only 5 rooms. Some how, we managed to stay in 5 rooms. Thirdly, in the end this fellow asked us to pay for 7 rooms. I have given 1 star because there is no option for negative rating.

The most honest review! This is the most pathetic property ever. The check in took 4 hours as they didn’t have rooms despite one floor being all empty. We had to make our own beds every day, booked it for two nights. The Staff is rude is uncooperative they add no value to the property they just sit and watch you to do THEIR work. The hotel is a 500metres walk from the mall road which is a lot in mountains especially if you have kids or elderly , they have no parking space as the path is too narrow pls don’t believe what they say online, they’ve their excuses ready. The company Treebo is of no help whatsoever the staff wouldn’t connect you their manager no matter what, and Treebo will not help you and keep making you running in a loop. To add more to it, they had the audacity to demand more money despite their pathetic service and lies and we were held hostage for four hours at the time of check out. Staying at the property could be your biggest mistake and could totally ruin your whole vacation. Please avoid no matter what deal you’re getting its all a sham.

No one should ever opt for this hotel. The hotel name is different on the website and in reality its hotel Pheonex. Staff is cooperative. But they are short of proper resources and staff. The management should take responsibility for first putting systems in place and make it available for the public to use the facility.

We had to waste more than one hour to find its location. Also, there is no place for parking, we had to park our vehicles in common parking area and paid the parking fare by ourselves. Thirdly, we booked 7 rooms online but after reaching there, they told us that they only have 5 rooms. But during payment asked us to pay for 7 rooms. My overall experience at this hotel was even worse than this 1 star.
