Please don't waste your time or money depending DTDC Alappuzha :nnSent an urgent medicine to Saudi Arabia. The rate was pretty high, even though the charges were far from affordable (Rs.5000 + medicine cost), since it was for my father, I sent it anyway.nIt has been nearly 2 months (46 days till now) and the medicines have still not reached K.S.A.nEach time I go there for inquiring, they seemed very helpful and gave me a number of the manager there. They haven't picked up my call for 2 weeks and I had to go there again to inquire.nI asked for a refund, they say it is a long procedure and will take weeks.nTill today, the medicines haven't reached my father and I have lost the money too.nI have discovered that there are many other options available in Alappuzha which are cheaper and are way more efficient than these crooks.nI will file a complaint against these people as soon as possible.

Been there to return a Amazon order. I made a mistake by not following the amazon courier return policy.ud83dude13 But the DTDC staff enlightened me ud83dude1c. By the way the service is really good and staffs are friendly. Only con I felt is - higher courier charge ud83dude22.

High rate, can't afford. They charged Rs. 71/- for a courier contains three sheets of A4 size papers to Thiruvananthapuram.
