Dear Sir ,nwe have given our car for service in one of your showroom in Kerala, Alappuzha Br. what they have done is very irrelevant way of doing business. All starting cables where disconnected and the bonnet lining cable was also damaged and the car was not able to start the next day after the (SERVICE ).We tried contacting them as usual they are saying we haven't damaged anything. We waited them for 3 days no response from there side so we placed in the local garage near by us so they have told us this all the cable lining and everything was disconnected.nSo kindly look it this issue seriously. We are waiting for response.nThank younHave a nice day

Beware with EVM alleppy they will promise many things and will say they are helpless in the end. I had to fight for days for my vehicle color and other purchases regarding my VW polo GT. Myself had to contact and follow up many authorities in higher levels of VW India for my need which was promised from EVM alleppy later, EVM kochi fullfilled my needs with better support from the sales side. Thanks to Mrs. Rincy Glibert for few offers availed for me, the only persons who stayed upto the expected standards was Mr. Renjith K R, Mr. Kannan from EVM alleppy rest who all I dealt with took me into trouble. I would like to thanks Mr. Jacob kuruvila, Regional manager who had spared his time to command his managers and executives to help me out in that situations.
