I just wanted to let you know that the cake you produced for my father's brithday was an absolute triumph. Without a shadow of doubt I thought it was the best cake I have ever tasted and I've tasted a few! it was so moist and full of flavour. The whole family loved it. It was really, really delicious. I ordered a Madagascar vanilla cake for my husband's birthday from Cakelers. It was a surprise gift for my better half and the Cakelers team dealt it with excellent professionalism and delivered the cake as per my exact instructions. That too with good service and excellent punctuality. Everyone at home loved the cake and it was exactly the same as that displayed in their website. So far I have had three occasions where I used their service and I must say I am fully satisfied with the quality of their service and definitely their cakes and donuts. Their delivery service and customer relations are also excellent. I have tried their chocolate truffle, butterscotch, brownies and donuts and all of them were excellent in terms of their taste, design and quality. Overall I would recommend them to people around Alappuzha and those who pass by who want to try some delicious desserts/ pastries.nAnd one more thing is that they have a well maintained website which is rarely seen for such shops. #HappyCustomer
