My Nexon went for third service and post service , the pick up and and mileage has suffered instead of improving. What the hell do they do with the car. Car not washed. They asked to bring car later for washing. I took it twice but was returned with some excuse everytime. Not suggested. Tata should inspect this service center for such glitches or else it will keep creating a sorry impression among the customers.

Car Service experience:n1 star because I cannot give 0.nnPoor staff, worst managed. It seems they have hired un skilled workers. Not sure if service manager is also equipped for his position.nnAvoid servicing here at J V Motors Sangli.

I visited JV motors for first servicing of NEXON. The staff is not advisory.nThey damaged by door colour while doing door setting and try to cover it with brush touchup. I noticed it after coming home.nDidn't wash my car saying washing centre is under maintenance. When I visited later for taking the same washing, they told me that you have to inform earlier, have to come before 12pm. My car was with them for 3 days but they didn't wash the car.

Went for Nexon first free service here, definitely not a good experience. Car was not washed properly and service representative insists to apply coat on dirty surface that too for double the amount. Staff here is only trained to get extra pennies from customer by some or other means. Not recommended. Not customer friendly.

It's Tata motors selling unit and service station. Staff is very good and co operative.
