Worst Service ever.... Defaming the name of TATA... We have Safari strome nd wanted to buy new launched Safari but when we entered no sales person available even there was no any crowd... One executive came nd went for test drive but he doesn't have knowledge about breaks and other thing , why the breaks are making noise....nnAnd since we buy Safari strome there is zero support form showroom....vehicales are best , brand is best but service and showroom is worst...nnPlease don't ever buy or go here...

Service experience:n1 star because I cannot give 0.nnPoor staff, worst managed. It seems they have hired un skilled workers. Not sure if manager is also equipped for his position.nnAvoid servicing here.

Worst staff, worst workers, worst service. Our car accidented, by towing we gave to showroom.initially they told insurance will take care.For estimation whole day wasted. every day we were asking repaired or not, they were telling 2days some faltu reasons they have given. They took more than 3 months to repair, and our surprise we have to pay bill they didn't claim insurance again we have waited 15 days more to partial insurance. Worst service ever seen.

I have purchased a car from Pune and my first servicing was hence the people from they assisted in getting car service, it was nice service as what you can expect at samall City level as compared to Pune and Mumbai, but still I believe they need to improve a lot over the skilled employees in terms of services, I am proud to have a vehicle of TATA motors.

Had good experience with the service centre. Got my car's issue fixed within an hour. Manager of the service center is helpful. Staff is also polite and helpful.
