Ultimate unprofessionalism, worst service in the world. You all are not going to be prosper in your life how much you try with your current behaviour and way of taking responsibility. Learn to be responsive if you want to be in service sector. That’s why education comes first before wealth.

My package was being held at the Imphal bluedart location for more than a week. We generally order online so that the package can be delivered to our address without us going and picking it up from the courier service office. When I ask Bluedart Imphal as to why my package was not delivered, they gave the lamest excuse that there are very less number of staff. This was not expected at all from Bluedart which is considered to be one of the good courier services here. I really had a bad experience because I expected atleast a call or msg. Hope your services will improve and be a bit more professional.
