To this office/branch: I'm loving their behaviour + professionalism which is rare to be found especially in courier service support. 5 StarsnnTo DTDC business: Pricing and timing on delivery are excellent. I do wish DTDC success by extending the business/offices across all over India. It's depressing to know that one of their offices shut in other state, which force me to visit other courier service which I'm not quite happy with. Anyways, can't afford to give less than 5 stars here too. :)
Yes, I had two worst experiences with DTDC. They never called me whenever their is consignment on my name. I had to collect it by my self both times. 2nd time, sweet box was the consignment. Sweets were taken out after rupturing the box. DTDC tape was applied on the box afterwards. I had complained about it on DTDC site but no reply and no action
Best and fast service. I got my 36 kg courier at my doorstep California, USA in just 5 days. I am happy with the services provided by them. Thanks a lot.
I called to ask their prices for courier to england and the guy talked so harshly and cut ghe call. And didn't picked up after cutting. God bless them.
