The staff here very friendly and efficient. reception the service advisors and the mechanics looked into my problemsuggested resolution and got it fixed in no time. I was very impressed especially with the kind of volume the had. Keep up the good work Sikkim Motors, you rock!

Worst worshop.They give service to the ones whom they are familiar with. Baised servicing. No matter when you take appointment. It is first come first serve. What is the use of appointment.???

There's a staff, wears glasses, thin and dark; perhaps a supervisor or tl, circled in pic. Carries bad bad attitude and very unprofessional. He would gang up with his colleagues and make fun of customers, gossip and laugh on customer.nHe didn't do not only once to me but thrice on my visit there at ranipool for my Boleros maintainence.nBought the bolero from tadong on cash and was about to get the xuv300 (already talked with Raju from sales) but won't buy from you guys because of person like him, I would rather spend it @ siliguri dealer.nIlliterate person like him should be sacked else you will keep losing your customers.nPathetic place won't recommend to anyone.

Worst experience as the employees in the showroom was not working as a team. Sales dept, accounts/finance section or even the substaff/peon is least bothered about customers. If anyone wants to buy a car and feel harassed then this dealer is must visit. They even tried to sell a dented car. They do not treat customers well and are not welcoming at all.
