On June 8th, 2020, we bought a single door LG Refrigerator (model number GL-B281BPZX) from an LG Dealership (Omega Sports &Radio Works Golghar Gorakhpur​)nnFrom day one the refrigerator is not working properly. There is constant water leakage inside the fridge all the time in spite of the temperature setting. After multiple requests, someone from the dealership came to check and said it's because of the weather and season. Unsatisfied, we requested further support and someone from the LG Service said there is something wrong in the fridge and it's not advisable to continue using it. However, he also said that he cannot help because this issue is beyond his control.nnThe dealership is not even ready to talk or help. Though the product they sell are of reasonable price but the manager is very unprofessional and rude.They will promise to deliver the product but instead it will be delivered very late and the delivery person will ask money for it even though they will have agreed in the beginning to deliver it for free.They didn't even deliver it to the doorstep,in my case it was second floor of an apartment. They asked money for it and even after agreeing they didn't deliver it there and postponed to later date which never arrived.I had to personally hire people for it. Please be aware of such fraud. Never pay full in the beginning. Pay fully only after the product is delivered or you may face a situation similar to mine. Also, they should fire the manager for being so rude and unprofessional and having no manners to talk to a customer. He is big time liar and fraud who will agree to everything before payment and later will say that he didn't say anything. Please be aware of such fraud going on. Thank you.
