While taking the package they will say that they will deliver but at the time of delivery they'll mark your location unserviceable and return the package to sender without informing you.nWorst courier service in India.nDon't recommend at all.

You can pickup your package from here and you can save some precious time, But for booking they charge higher. I booked same size package (100gms) from this location and their Mohaddipur branch for a common address. Head office booking asked me 30 rupees extra than the branch. I think charges should be same. But in DTDC this is very common issue as their different branches in same district charges different rates for a common address. Apart from this DTDC provides faster service than anyone and in almost every location in India.

They misplaced my parcel and instead of delivering it in 3 days they took 10 days to deliver. So, I recommend not to use it for urgent delivery.

One of the worst delivery facilities of the cities, and this being the head office masters the art of misleading customers. Instead of delivering the items they tend to misplace it and make you chase for it to your nearest DTDC office. This has been happening repeatedly but they dont seem to learn.
