Very poor service

1 star is lowest rating otherwise rating would have been in minus.nWorst courier service ever.nUnmannered and illiterate staff.nEvery single time they dont even bother to deliver item, they just simply send text that delivery attempt failed.nThen as usual i have to go to their office to collect my item. Interact with staff is a big okay but some are very rude when you go for some service

I have only use this one time but they all are very supportive and gives accurate time delivery
