Dear SirnnMy name is varun verma i have called you yesterday in the evening regarding issues with my honda car, i would like to tell you that i am really amazed that any company can go beyond their authorised levels to serve a customer.nSir the employee of your company Mr. Wasim has helped going out of the box and am soo much delighted to choose honda.nHe waited for me till 7pm as my car got stuck twice due to jam and was not starting i informed him my situation and my issue he asked his fellow engineers to wait for me after working he did not even thought that he will miss his train back to home he just wanted to.help me.nWithout testing he knew what fault was there in my car and he arranged a mechanic so quickly and also i would appreciate the engineers who came back to workshop after leaving, and fixed the issued in no time.nnSir i am now at my home safe and it was all possible because of your help.nThank you so much.nLive long honda.nLove you.♥ufe0fnnThanks and RegardsnVarun Verma

While I give a review...nnI suggest every one to visit service area of any vehicle you want to purchase, you shall visit the showroom for one or two times but you will visit service section more often.nnSee for yourself about the attention, space and care they give to the vehicles after sales.nn##Pros.nn# Helpful staffn# Skilled work forcen# Flexible Timingn# Saturday Closed and Sunday Open.nn## Cons.n# I have to tell about the spots left uncleaned inside my cabin space every time at the time of delivery.n# Very expensive optional services that can be lowered.n# Less attention on customers in customers lounge.n# Less hygienic conditions in utencils used, on the floor of service reception as well as customer lounge and in washrooms.nnHow many international standards might be in the SOP.... But we the people of india....
