Visited first time today.purchased caramel cup cake and red valvet cup cake. Ambience staff behaviour and packaging desrves a five star.giving three star only beacuse of product quality.cakes appears to be baked 3 4 days ago.

They have an amazing set of menu. I had visited the outlet in Kolkata. They have a wide variety of cookies and brownies. I had tried there Choco cookies and the fudge brownies and that is just amazing. We had a very favorable view of millies kolkata having ordered our birthday cake beforenhowever we went ahead with ordering our anniversary two tier cake through millies which was a complete disasternnNot only did they mess up with the buttercream cover around the cakes but also the design was not made as per order.nThe entire decor was poor and it lead to a total faceless for us infront of our guests..nit was a customised cake but none of our demands were met ..nwhat we got was an average at best cake with no regards for customer satisfactionnThe only thing that matters to them is the money as it seemsnthey said the taste will be awesome which was very very poornnmillies has ruined my partynI have my own catering servicenwould never recommend millies to anyone.nYou can see the pic attached.. what I ordered and what I got.

This outlet is very near to my office... Love the ambience and decor... Staffs are really smart and courteous... I had their Cheesecake and cookies... They are just awesome... And I love their packing too... Also I had a Cold Coffee there but that was not that appealing... It was bit watery also it lacks the hit of coffee in it... And yes pocket pinch here is quite high...
