NEXA (Kiran Motors, Surat, Vesu)

Just went there to book car for my elder brother. I had not a very great experience, but yes it was good. But what i feel the bad thing was that we stayed there for around 30-45 mins but nobody asked us for water. Like this is the basic thing to ask to anybody whether they come from anywhere. But the sales executive dealed with us was good and genuine. He gave advice to us just like a family member. I think they should have focused more on how to impress customers, it just takes small things like tea or coffee or something like that.

Nice showroom, nice staff, fully senetised, Mr. Prashant was good, he has explains very well about product and features.

Very bad experience with sales person for purchasing a new Car from such a good name KIRAN.nnTill not visited the showroom due to my job.nI asked him to home visit and they agreed, but last two day no one came and not informed me, even not pick up my phone & spoil my time.
