Very poor customer service. Doesn't have the courtesy or attitude to accept the mistake happened from their side. We had purchased material from there and one item was missing in the pack. The labor couldn't continue the days work with out the material when we called and enquired they asked us to come and collect the missing material that too in a very harsh tone. When I asked about whether will they repay the transportation cost they simply disconnected the call.
