Staff are responsive, I came for a minor fix and I have attended promptly and fixed the issue in an hour. Both the service center and showroom r in same place, easily accessible since it is on the main road. Clean workspace.

I'm extremely happy with Karaikal Kun Hyundai, Mr. Amudabharathi is such a friendly person who took complete care right from Day 1. I booked a Creta SX(O) Diesel MT Red Mulberry for my wedding and he made so much of field works and made sure I get delivery of the car as early as possible. I should definitely mention Pachaiyammal, the manager who was also so customer friendly and fulfilled all my requests.nnAmudabharathi patiently waited till late night 11 on the day of delivery as I was stuck in photoshoot. He welcomed me with such a big smile. I haven't seen such a wonderful person with so much of patience. I wish he goes to the top level in KUN. He totally deserves it. Amudabharathi & Pachaiyammal mam made my buying experience so so great. I totally love KUN HYUNDAI because of these two people. Thanks for everything.

Nice service, I use to service at Chennai and had little discomfort, but Kun Hyundai Karaikal did a good join in fixing all problem and explained all job done in detailed manner. Just want to thank Mathiazhagan-Service advisor. He made everything clear and job done nicely
