I had been a regular customer of the place but recently their behavior and attitude has become completely ridiculous... 1st they give the wrong cake, there their decoration item was damaged and when informed about it the next day, the staff and the owner(old uncleji) were not at all apologetic but instead wanted to say that its normal and there is no guarantee on the product...PLEASE UNDERSTSND THAT BIRTHDAT OR A OCCASION COMES ONLY ONCE A YEAR WHICH YOU SPOILT...SO AT LEAST BE APOLOGETIC AND NOT RUDE TO YOUR CUTOMERS
Good cakes, can improve a bit on their customer service
Worst place booked an cake charged almost double amount and the cake is also not as similar to given picture and thy made an excuse tht it will weight more. Taste is good but if u wnt to buy designer cake i dnt recommend ths place at all
The cake I ordered was very bad in taste. One cannot even smell it. it was really very bad. Dont waste money.
Staff is very nice. Goods are always fresh and of good quality.
