Very bad service. Why have time slots mentioned for delivery if you cannot stick to them. I place an advance order for cake and flower delivery and asked them to be delivered between 9.30 to 12 Pm. At 11.45 when I contacted them about status, they mentioned it was late but will be delivered by 2 Pm. At 3.45 when I call again I get to know it is still not delivered. Spoiled not just my day but also the whole idea of wishing at a particular time. They expect the customers to keep waiting entire day at home to receive their order. Pathetic customer service. Don't do business with them.
They had a good chance of growing the business, but with lazy attitude they are loosing customers. I use to order from them but over the years their service became bad to worse.nnNot going to order from them again, NEVER !
