We have stayed here for 4 days. Nice hotel with excellent service. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and clean. A little away from the mall, but otherwise very good location just by the Rink mall. Foods are very good, and not at all unduly spicy. Overall I would give 9 out of 10.

Review based on 2 nights stay:nn1. Hotel amenities & Cleanliness - Well maintained and clean. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. We didn’t have views from the room as it is between buildingsnn2. Service quality & Staff behavior - Staff was courteous, service was prompt and Front Desk was very cooperative.nn3. Hotel location – very conveniently located bang opposite the Ring Mall and within walking distance from Chowrasta.nn4. Food - We loved the taste and quality of the food they served.nnOverall I would rate this a 7 out of 10.nI would recommend this for family & friends stay.

What a beautiful place to stay with your friends and family. This place has my heart forever now, it's been my fourth visit here and everything is just as perfect as the first time. Definitely one of the best Darjeeling hotel, loved it!

Very good rooms. Delicious buffets. Good room service. They prepare food for kids on request. Walking distance from Mall Road.

Nice location and beautiful infrastructure. Very helpful staff and smart services. Really enjoyed the stay. Brilliant option for a memorable stay in Darjeeling.
