The guy who attended our car was very good but the mechanics & engineers couldn't fix our car problem even after 29-30hrs. So we left without fixing the problem.

Don't buy your car from this place, they won't prepare your documents even months after buying the car. It's been more than a month and they still haven't given me my temporary registration documents, which I'll need for permanent registration. And temporary registration is only valid for a month.

Back office staffs were very supportive.nCan't say same about the workshop mechanics. They can be supportive too but majorly depending on there mood.nAs they service Maruti Suzuki's as well as Nexa's vehicle in one place. I felt either this workshop need more servicing bay or the management must consider repair and servicing in two shifts. Management must also consider recycling of water or use modern system where lesser water is wasted. I found huge amount of water is wasted for car washing.
