Hotel is good but location is not right and room service not sufficient all staff are well behaviour service is not fast.there are parking space and view is good. Under flyover of railway crossing and behind the railway track near chandralok chowk. All around furniture shop.and showroom available. Near KalamBagh chowk

They are cheating on behalf of booking on OYO. I booked it for Rs 1283 for me and my wife which included 2 dinner and 2 breakfast. On approaching the hotel they refused to check in at that price and insisted to cancel booking on OYO and book it offline for 1400 that too without dinner and breakfast. Saddly I sought help of OYO customer care and they said that I should pay Rs 1283 for staying there and they would refund Rs 446 charged for dinner and breakfast and arrange the same at my own cost. As there is no food restaurant nearby I thought of ordering food from hotel only but to my surprise the quantity of food is too less for the amount they are charging also the quality is not uupto mark. TV is showpiece only with no channel. No footmat. No bathroom slipper. Wallpaint has spoiled. Workers asking you to pay extra money as tip during check out....... waiting till now for the refund of Rs 446.... It's a conspiracy to lure customers online through OYO and then fool them while check in....... Please do investigate about price and facilities before check in if you book it online.....elese you will feel cheated.
