Slow service and not in favour of customers..need to provide good service to their customers...

Staff is cooperative but customer can sense scope of improvement in towards customer satisfaction. More transparency is required in policies.

I think that if you are living in Haryana than this is a perfect outlet for the purchase of Mahindra vehicles, the staff is very cooperative and well behaved which impressed me, and outlet is easy to locate and present on the Highway near Panipat Toll plaza.
