Yesterday, i had come across with the negligent behaviour of washing staff during the car washing at Maruti vipul motors Faridabad in third service.The washing staff directly opened my car boot and washed my car. The water went into the boot and sub woofer got damaged. Now who will be liable for my car damage.and also they were charging 210 rupees for sanitization, i understand that prevention measures taken by maruti, but at the same time as a customer for few drops of sanitizer in Collin bottle with barren cloth to swipe the car interior doesn't justify the cost of sanitization worth from the customer. According to me it is just way of minting money on the name of precaution, it would be appreciated if this was done at free of cost as a greeting. The rude and irresponsibility of staff behaviour made to file complaint against them. Hope you will take my complaint seriously,and do the needful. These are the only reason for customer to go for a service at non branded service center. At least they care about the vehicle and understand the customer’s value of money. Value of vehicle can’t be calculated on the basis of the car value.
