It has a calm atmosphere, and the heart of the city is just a hop and skip from here. The rooms are elegant and classy and the whole interior has a vintage class feel and vibe to it. The place is well maintained and the staff and service are top notch. Combined with the boating, backwater view lounge for a perfect sunset view, swimming pool and the yatch, the place is a great option for a relaxing resort experience.

A best place one can think when it comes to planning a wedding or any other function. Great place with beautiful lake view all around. Food is great. Crew is excellent

For a 5 Star Hotel check-in is far below any star hotel. The front desk manager lacks experience to review reservation before discussing options. For a 2 pm confirmed checkin, they did not have room ready until 6:15nnYou check into the room of a 5 Star hotel - you do not expect mildew in shower and room not cleaned - stuff in refrigerator from previous guest.nnFind another better options

Had a brilliant stay. Hospitality in this hotal is fantastic.lobby is superb design. Room amenities are cool. . It was clean, good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Lunch and Dinner was excellent .Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again

The good things... Unique location, great view, clean surroundings, extremely courteous staff. The not so good things... The place, including inside rooms,requires renovation, a little run down, food spread and taste is just average, not great.
