Since its a big organization. They lack in giving maximum services. They have some organizing issues also in selecting hotels etc

We took the service of Cox & Kings, Kochi for our first trip abroad.nnWe approached them only around a month before the scheduled journey. But they could make it happen.nnServices from travel planning, Visa processing, Forex etc were done meticulously and very fast. Staff were very courteous and supportive.nnThey have professional tour guides from all over the world. Guided tour also is a nice experience, where you'll be spoon-fed about everything of the places you visit and you just need to focus on opening your eyes and ears.

One of the best Cox and Kings office. Was very helpful with the details and other queries we had. Small but very tidy.
