Regional Passport Office, Cochin

This place is a nightmare come alive. Staff is barely experienced and the assistant passport officer is a joke. If you want to run around like a head less chicken this is your place.

I got very good services from reception staff. She helped very nicely to get my issue sorted out to get my passport issued.

Not very pleasant experience at the reception. However once I lived to first floor for the application it was better.

Very disappointed at the service of the lady sitting at the Reception counter at the entrance of RPO Ernakulam, a typical Govt Clerk.nAs regards the service at PSK Thrippinuthura, TCS has been doing a great job. Very hard to belive that we get such level of service at our Govt offices. But as we reach the last counters we immediately realize that those are not manned by TCS, but by our specimen Govt stuff. Why dont they entrust those tasks too with the TCS professionals!

For clearance more time taken . Has to be increase helping counters.
