Never do embassy attestation through them. They delivered my degree certificate with plenty of folding marks and ball pen ink markings on thenfront side of certificate . Such careless handling of original certificate can't be tolerated.Go for norka roots only for HRD certification as they are the issuing authority . For embassy attestation get it done through any travel agency .. It might cost you slightly above the normal charge.. But you will receive your certificate without any damage which I think is more important.
