NEXA (Sai Service, Kochi, Edapally)

The sales experience is normal. I loved the Nexa service experience more. But Sales can definitely be better. Other than the cool drinks and tea, nothing feels special. Do call and check if your salesman is available in the showroom before going. Else you can watch all those nexa advertisement over and over.nRemember to get all the free goodies while getting your new car. I failed to get my box of chocolate and since sales is over they don't care. Yes. They are humans... They forget things like undercoat, free chocolates, our preferred color of accessories etc etc. Check the delivery list properly before your car gets delivered. Especially the chrome elements. In my car even after 1 year, the chrome garnish issue is not fixed! It's better to avoid chrome garnish around tail lights.nnIf possible pay a visit to the new car yard to inspect your booked car. Once you are satisfied with the booked car after inspection, take a picture of the chassis number. Remember to compare this number during the new car delivery.

Good service. Maruti is for Common people.Sai service should open/ make facility for common men /women to see ordinary cars. New alto, swift petrol/ CNH company fitted vehicles need to be exhibited at the earliest.
