For the last 3.5 years I am a regular customer of VTJ Hyundai Kakkanad. Every time the service team outperformed my expectations. 3 things I liked about them arenn1. Cordial and attentive staff.nnFrom reception to the delivery every one is very cordial and attentive, they will listen to your complaint and will offer best possible solution.nn2. Timely delivery.nnFor all these years not once they have delayed the delivery, I all ways got it right on time.nn3. Commendable Service.nnI never had to worry about the quality of the service , my vehicle will be neat and clean with all the suggested works done well on time.

If you really want your car serviced and all the issues addressed then from my experience I can say VTJ has been excellent.nnMy i20 had knocking noise from around the wheel area and since the vehicle was purchased from Popular Hyundai I took it there and even after multiple repair attempts and multiple visits they still could not resolve the issue and to which point even started lying to me that they were not able to recreate the noise when they were driving. The noise was present even while driving slowly even while braking lightly, while turning and pretty much all the time.nnMy friends recommended me VTJ the ones who got fed up with the customer service of Popular Hyundai and I am soo glad that the issue has been resolved for me now since I took my vehicle to VTJ Hyundai.

I have a nice experience with this showroom. All staffs are very polite and good behavior. I am totally satisfied.

Excellent service by VTJ HYUNDAI.nnThe car was totally in a dilapidated condition which was restored quite professionally by Mr Dhara and his team.nThey took care not to incur any unnecessary or futile expenditures as some service centres do.nI am fully satisfied with their workmanship.nnI was also constantly updated about the progress of service and the car was delivered to me even before i expected it.
