Once bought a car from here. They said the car is in a different district but is in good condition. We trusted them and bought the car. Turns out the car couldn't make it without breaking down between the district and thats why they didnt show us. Then when we went there before buying to inspect the car they said it has no issues. After we bought it we realised that after around 10kms the car breaks down and will only start after like 15 mins. When we went there to ask them to fix it for us they just gave 500rs back for a job that costs 25000 min to fix.nFrauds.

Most reliable place in cochin to buy and sell your car. Very genuine approach and transparent dealings. You can be sure of the documentation and name change etc once you sell or buy the car through them.

Good choice second hand cars but unfortunately they didn't have the one i was looking for.

The vehicle I had bought was lying in Angamaly and was sold to me at Edapally)nnNot to sound like your typically disgruntled visitor, I rate them 1 star on the following demerits of being their customer. (I don't wish to demean anyone, I only write the following on my experience with them. So do please only use this as caution when choosing to deal with them)n:-n1) They(Focuz Automart) the are NOT affiliated to Mahindra First Choice Wheels. Their partnership was dissolved. So if you like me would happen to visit the place thinking they are legit due to their MFCW ties, stop right there.nn2) The vehicle I had bought from them, I was made to believe was certified (as all the vehicles there according to their claim) and what was absurd was on the first service (38 Kms after handover), I was shocked to be informed the suspensions (Struts & Shocks), the steering column and an ABS sensor were all in need of replacement. On cross checking with another workshop, the service center claim of defects came back valid. After replacing everything I find the ABS ECU has konked off due to neglect of changing the abs sensor and driving the vehicle for a very long time by the previous owner.nIt is absolutely impossible to visually examine the undercarriage of the vehicle without having it lifted. (The AbS light only seemed to come after 10 minutes, possible reason why I missed it while test driving)nNot to mention after the handover, the vehicle armrest latch was broken (a problem that wasn't there when I inspected) and the fender plug liners were missing.nSo if you wish to buy a vehicle from their dealership, please always take the vehicle to a workshop or even better the OEM service center for a thorough check up before you invest. Their claim of certification is fraudulent (In my case).nn3)Beware of Mr.Biju and his sweet talk. You will be made to believe a whole lot of things in terms of their values and trust etc. but come time when you go back to them with problems, their tone changes.nnPlease exercise caution when dealing with this dealership and it's people.
