Below is the mail i sent to MS. It may be helpful for someone who is services their Vehicles here.nn1. It seems that the driver side door was opened in an inappropriate way (used tools) when it got locked in the workshop and it caused damage to paint and rubber beadings (attached photos). I communicated the same with the service advisor and workshop manager and they confirmed that they will do the repainting and replacement as required. As agreed the vehicle was picked up and received back after two days and still the door portion painting is not corrected and also the rubber beadings are not replaced (they told me that the beading ordered from Maruti and will get it replaced within 7 days)nn2. Battery replacement and silencer coating is done but both are not included in the job card and the total amount paid is not getting tied to invoice amount showing up in the service history. Am bit curious why those 2 items are not showing up in the job card as it is a MS record. Are those not MS Genuine/authorized products? Confirm.nn3. Vehicle is not seem to be washed after getting serviced and also the dealer is charged hygiene charges on the bill and not even having sea, steering and gear covers (flimsy paper type covering) put on when it's delivered. In short, not even sanitized. Hope you are aware that the Hygiene charges are not charged from customers. Even after that charging the same makes sure that the proper hygiene things are done at the time of delivery.nnPlease have a look into these and let me know the responses. And going forward, take necessary action to make sure these kinds of issues are not repeated from their end. It's a basic responsibility of a team to inform the customer that the vehicle is locked by mistake and get the spare key from them. In my case the distance between the service center and my home is around 4-5km, it will not take more than 15minuts to get the key if available. By doing this kind of bad action it's causing loss of time(almost 2weeks) for customers as well as the center. Am expecting a basic level of common sense while acting like this, are you people training robbers or mechanics in service centers? i really feel bad about the thing that happened.

Visited to rectify one warning in the engine system immediately appeared in the instrument cluster ear kakkanadu while a trip.We are in emergency and approached nearest service centre Indus Motors Kakkanadu. They rectified the issue on priority. Also rectified it free of cost as they not changed may parts or consumables.
