Mr. Basil (Sale representative) was excellent and he managed delivery on time even though there was unforeseen problems ( Govt stopped temp registration) . The quality & commitment of service he has showed is much appreciated.nAs promised , Basil & Sree Gokulam motors delivered my car on my Wedding anniversary!!

It was a wonderful experience buying my Tata Harrier. Suffice to say the Company has now finally achieved the ultimate elixir for customer's satisfaction. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided by the dealer. Especially, Mr. Jubin Boban, really handled everything so professionally. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

For a better experience I will advise you not to deal with this particular dealer even if you are getting an extra discount of few thousand rupees, ultimately they will never stick to their commitments pertaining to delivery date of vehicle and even they will not accept the calls once you booked your vehicle. If this is their before sale services then you can imagine how will be their after sales services. Completely unprofessional.

Booked my NEXON during march, 21. No intimation or contacts regarding my priority conveyed. How I will know when my booked vehicle made available to me

Worst experience ever! Visited this showroom few weeks back and i wanted to purchase the harrier dark edition. I thought of exchanging my current vehicle so i did let them inspect the same. Such a rookie/amateur sales rep or whoever he is ,did the inspection and i left my contact details with them so that they could call and let me know the price for my car. At the same time i asked for a test drive of the harrier. Well , i waited a few days for thr reply /call back and i never received any. So i tried calling them and also messaged him a few days later. Its been a few weeks since then and i haven’t received any proper updates or a proper reply regarding the same. I have dealt with many other brands over the years but have never come across such irresponsible ones. Not at all satisfied with the dealings,Grow up!
