The worst car dealers ever. I booked a Tata Tigor on 18.2.2021 and was told that I will get the vehicle within 5 weeks and after repeatedly calling them and complaining they told that the vehicle will be delivered on 19.4.2021 (2 months). On inspecting the vehicle, I found that the side rubber window shield was damaged, some metal piece was there inside the dickey of the car which was moving while opening the dickey and also the car cover (which was already paid) was not given. I told them that I won't take the vehicle unless it is completely in perfect condition. Even after mailing their sales head no reply has been given and I got a message saying my query has been resolved. I really don't understand these people. Never buy a car from them.#pathetic#worstcardealers

Very bad service.. I have booked a Tiago in this showroom. They told me that the vehicle will be delivered within 1.5 to 2 months. I have waited for more than 3 months now they not telling a fixed date, sometimes not answering the call. Others showrooms are delivering Tiago within 2 months.

The team is not able to deliver the vehicle after 8 days of payment. The sales team is not bothered to meet the commitment. The worst response from Gokulam.

Very Much Disappointed Service from Gokulam Tata Motors. I have booked Tata Harrier XZ Variant in January 13 and they promised me to deliver the car within 2 weeks. Since Jan 13 till now no allocation has happened. When I contacted the sales executive,their team leader and sales manager on different occasions they could not even tell me as to when they can deliver the car. Please don't believe their assurances with respect to the delivery period. I have paid almost 95% of the total on road price and now they are showing least interest in delivering the car to me as agreed since I have already become their sure customer as almost the entire amount for the car has been transferred. My loan amount was disbursed to their account earlier itself and now I am in a situation where I have to start my installments without getting my dream car. Very Poor and Pathetic Service.

I recently bought Tata Nexon. I got one of the best customer service from this showroom. I got the vehicle within 61 days. Also got prompt update from the showroom, like my waiting period is 4, now 3 and 2 etc.nnGood customer support, even after delivery.
