Office was very professionally setup with a good guest reception, we visited to check out a used car deal for my friend. The executive here was very pleasant and friendly.nHowever, not the best place for fast buy. You have to schedule an appointment to see cars as the cars are with their respective owners. Not the most convenient way to buy used cars with ease. Only factor i found good was that they claim to do a precheck and confirm vehicle condition before sales and are pretty transparent about their service charges too..

Customer service in the Edapally office was fine and upto date. lots of disturbing and unwanted calls from North Indian people (probably their other customer service team) was a huge headache. The mechanic who inspected the car just pulled out the rubber beadings, and the side door covering etc, in a very careless manner and didn't bother to put it back in shape. They actually damaged it as a part of inspection, and after finding the car was in top condition the price quoted was very low. It's totally not worth to sell your car through #cars24. Very disappointed and waste of timeud83dudc4e

I loved the way they do their business. Selling your car in barely 2 hours is a wonderful experience.

Very professional setup. Receptionist introduced me to Mr Shibil the executive who explained the entire process to me and answered all my concerns and questions. Vehicle was inspected and the entire process was being updated to me via text real time. Documentation was done efficiently and the amount was transferred to my account almost immediately. I would highly recommend Cars24 Edapally and will revisit them again in future if needed. Keep it up.

Don't try them. I got a better offer in OLX , but once these guys called me, to my great displeasure found my old account blocked.
