Smooth transaction and very helpful staff made my first car buying experience easy. Mr. Avinash handled me very well. Showroom is rich with models,well groomed staff and basic customer satisfaction. It was quite interesting to note the comfort level with regard to the cafe/refreshments/sales discussion brackets etc.nHowever..proactive test drive offering is poor,test drive models aren't available and they promised to offer a Home test drive. Our day just ended in vain waiting for that,there was no follow up call too,that just drained our excitement,for the brand sustain,loyalty has to be enhanced especially with proactive test drive. Kindly note this review as a suggestion to enhance CS. Thanks

It was a good experience which I get from Incheon Motors Pvt Ltd., Edapally. The overall process and the sales dealing was quite appreciable.
