Feeling sorry for going to this dealer. Even the customer care says,they will enquire with concerned and update you. No senior executive attends your phone and responds or addresses your grievance.nNow they blame RTO for the delay in vehicle delivery.

From the day I did the booking 17th dec 2020 for my Tata Nexon ,I have had a very pleasant experience until the day I took delivery on 21st Feb 2021.nI would surely say the experience was due to the coordination extended by the sales representative Mr Balagopal (+917511100413) who gave me exact details of delivery and was very attentive to all my questions all these days,and even agreed to come for the delivery on a Sunday.nnI really feel people like him make a difference and this is what needs to be replicated across.nnFurther reviews can be only made post the service ,which I feel would be the same as sales support unlike the normal feedbacks for tata cars
