This is for the first timers and any prospective visiters , kindly DON'T go there without getting yourself informed of all the procedures and ways they can cheat you ( Ask any of your known )nOr else you'll end up questioning your innocence and moral values.nnThe management here is so incompetent , unprofessional and clueless that they'll tell you nothing about what you've to do , never attend , even if you're constantly asking and complaining to them ( They really don't care )nnThe lower management team ( workers ) are in fact more helpful and professional than the other.nnIt's a req to ford seniors to confront this impotent staff because your company's trust , value and sales is at stake , waiting to be destroyed by these.nnI had to learn the hard way and my first experience was horrifying , I had been kept under waiting ( 3+ HOURS!) for my car's service just to later know ( which thankfully a worker told me , may god bless him ) that I've to fill a form for it to happen.nnOh , am I exaggerating? Go see for yourself. Go observe the behaviour of the management staff ( who does the car service ) , you'll have a good laugh & cry both.nThey just care about the money , they'll extract and extort from you.nnThanking younAnother utterly unsatisfied customer among many more , of the future and past.
