Recently I visited cars24 viman nagar near mahalaxmi lawns. I was shown 4 cars but all of them had some or other problem. One didn't start, another door was vibrating too much. Not recommended. If you want to buy used car get it inspected thru your own mechanic. Only +ve is they have ample of stock

I sold my car in November 20, to cars 24, it was told to me they will handle all work related to RC transfer and I need not come to RTO office. Being a patient of Diabetes and chronic Neuropathy I can not travel, this was informed to people of CARS 24 who told me no need to go to RTO office which is at Latur , and now various people from various places of CARS 24 are severely and frequently calling and sending emails to attend RTO office at LaturnThese people are taking absurd language and harassing a chronic patient of diabetes and neuropathy without hearing a single word from him, this kind of treatment is really very bad and nobody should sell car to Cars 24 and deal with them .

Cars24 people are fraud. Their inspection report are also fake. Don't ever buy a car from cars24 . This is my personal experience.Initially they told that the car was not accidental but it was . Unfortunately while buying a car its my fault I haven't checked the car and trusted cars24 selling persons that the car was not accidental it was because of mumbai traffic the bumper got damaged but we will repair it for you. After the payment , they didn't care about ot and said that they are not getting approval to do the same . So now its my responsibility to repair the car . Also after few days suddenly car didn't start and after checking it with mechanic i come to know that the car battery was not working . So I have asked the cars24 guys to cover this under warranty but they said that this was not cover under warranty again they ask me to repair so my message to all is just don't ever biy a car from cars24 other wise it will be huge problem for you. Initially may be you thought that they will offer you a good deal but this was not the case you end up spending more to repair it.Cheated peoples..I wish i can give negative rating to them but it is not an option minimum is 1 .

Pathetic Service. Worst place to buy a car from there. Even after many calls and messages, nobody will reply. Better to try somewhere else.

Absolutely pathetic service.Please donot book home inspection as it will end up not getting fulfilled.nI had booked appointment but no one showed up ,no calls either. The appointment got rescheduled automatically to next day again no one showed up.nI have requested refund of the amount which is yet to happen.
