Good service and staff behavior. Explain all car features, process flow of finance and demo nicely. Suggest accessories but no force from staff to buy extra accessories and services. And that's a good thing to buy your dream car from Eros. One suggestion from my side, Please give some complementary gift from Eros while delivering a car. Not just 100rs. celebration chocolate.

Excellent customer service....nFor new car purchase & servicing of old car of Hyundai at Wardha
They don't have any supplies available. Always need to order. Service quality is not good. Very expensive. Even after spending 8k I am not satisfied with servicing my car. Not sure if they pour new oil or not. Even after serving I need to buy steering and break oil and pour manually because of noise.
Doesn't have automatic test ride vehicle, if you are interested in automatic vehicle then they suggest to have manual vehicle test ride and purchase automatic based on that experience which is totally rubbish
