Pre-sales service is poor once they take the booking amount. Promised commitments are not kept. Less enthusiastic team, not efficient enough. Teams attitude is not customer oriented. They deal customers too casually. The only thing they are very good at is processing the loan, it was smooth and easy. Sales person behavior was good but poor at giving delivery updates.nWhile delivering the vehicle, car was not properly washed and water marks were there.nnOverall Experience was : OkaynnSuggestions : Value your Customers

I booked a Tata Tiago xt limited edition on 26 March 2021. My expected delivery date was 35 days but my sales executive call me on 5 April and said that the Tata company discontinue that variant which I booked. But my point is I was booked the car before the discontinue date and Trupti enterprises also committed to delivering the vehicle in between 35 days. Now they refused to deliver my car. Which is not expected. I request Trupti enterprises and Tata motors kindly take necessary action on it and deliver my car which I booked. From my side, there is no fault so why I suffer. so be serious about it and give delivery my car.
